Handsomely bound in modern brown quarter leather, raised bands and title label to spine. Includes an original fold-out of a sample page from the manuscript to front of book. This was the first publication of a manuscript kept by a member of a Warwickshire family, and preserved in their archives. The entry for May 6th 1676
