Lot #514James Lillywhite’s Cricketers Annual 1872-1900. Complete full run of the ‘Red Lillywhite’ Annual edited by Charles W. Alcock. Each copy individually bound in modern red cloth, gilt titles to fronts and spines, with original red/orange boards retained. All photographic plates present from the 1876 edition as issued. The 1872 (1st) issue lacking section of front wrapper, soiling to first advertising page, pencil annotations to rear, the 1900 (29th and final) issue with some soiling and age toning.
